In the course of administering CEPP, the OPA, Community Power Fund and Deloitte may collect information about identifiable individuals. While name, title and contact information of individuals entering into a business relationship with the CEPP do not constitute personal information, certain other information about individuals may be personal information as defined in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario). The privacy policy program is available at www.powerauthority.on.ca/Page.asp?PageID=325 (the “OPA Privacy Policy”) and its terms are incorporated in these terms and conditions. You acknowledge the notice to you of the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by OPA, Community Power Fund and Deloitte and agree that the purposes for such collection, use and disclosure are reasonable. You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of any personal information by OPA, Community Power Fund and Deloitte in accordance with the terms of the OPA Privacy Policy.
